| Matt was very helpful, prompt, and professional. He took time to explain things to me which I didn't understand (I'm not a mechanic) and proactively kept in contact throughout the diagnosis and repair process. Ultimately my vehicle is now running better than it has since I bought it and hopefully will continue doing so for years to come. Thanks Matt! You'll be my transmission guy for my own and my family's vehicles from now on! |
